Not Too Much

Leather02Today's outfit post is going to be pretty quick! I'm currently supposed to be packing and cleaning before my trip to Florida this Sunday, but, of course, I found a way to procrastinate. I did want to do an outfit post today though, because I wore my (faux) leather skirt again, but, dressed down, in honor of Casual Friday. Leather06Leather01Leather05Leather03Leather07If I haven't said it before, I'll say it now, the leather pencil skirt is your must-have item for the Winter season. I'm going to show you a few different ways to rock one coming up, because I truly feel that it's a versatile item to have in your wardrobe, and there are lots of ways to style one!

As you can tell, I'm in casual mode today, so the pencil skirt adds a bit of edge to my look. I love knitted things and leather together, I just can't get enough of the way the soft and sleek textures work together, yet contrast each other so beautifully. It's just a small way to add interest to your outfit, especially on days when you don't feel like accessorizing much (like today). I'm not afraid to throw a bunch of things on, and call it an outfit, and this is not an exception. I love days when I get just pull out a few things from my closet, and they just work together.

Anyway, I'm going to jump offline before I waste the rest of the time I have left for today. I have no clue what to wear for our vacation, so I definitely need to get to work!

Have a great weekend, everyone!

xx,

The Glossier

PS. I was actually listening to music, I had on a Christmas playlist from Songza! It has begun!
