Tutorial (Video): Runway-Inspired Fall Makeup

The-Glossier-Makeup-Beauty-Fall-2015-CoverNow that Summer is winding down, I'm beginning to turn my attention to Fall and Winter. It's not that Summer doesn't have it's place, but by the end of June, I'm basically praying for cooler weather and zero humidity. Today is Labor Day, which for many people is the mark of the end of the season, and even though we've still got a couple of weeks before Summer truly ends, there's no harm in getting ourselves prepared for what's to come. Personally, Fall is one of my favorite seasons, I love the weather, the return of real clothes, and of course, dramatic makeup looks.The-Glossier-Makeup-Beauty-Fall-2015-COLLAGE-2The-Glossier-Makeup-Beauty-Fall-2015-Collage-1 As you can see from my collages, bold lips are a major trend for the upcoming season, so I wanted to make a tutorial for you guys, so that you can get in on it too! The shot of Chanel Iman, Jourdan Dunn, and Joan Smalls all backstage at a runway show really spoke to me—I love that the eye makeup is very soft and subtle, so that the bold lips can steal the show! Whenever you are rocking a vampy lip, it can be really tempting to wear a ton of eye makeup too—but sometimes, it's great to keep it simple, and choose one thing to play up on your face at a time.The-Glossier-Makeup-Beauty-Fall-2015-2
