When it comes to workwear, I'm either in jeans/pjs, or something like this. There's not really an in-between. A masculine/feminine mix always makes me feel extra powerful, and chic.

This oxford is from the VB x Target collab, and I'm obsessed with it. The oversized feel, and dramatic sleeves are perfect for dressing up, without feeling too stuffy. I layered a cute neoprene bralette over it to add some shape, and a graphical element. I'm also in a cool pair of mesh cut-out track pants (I found them at Marshall's btw!), for a more relaxed, athleisure vibe.

My favorite accessory lately has been this beautiful rose gold watch by Timex, as it instantly makes me feel like I have my life together. I love the Roman numerals and the beautiful pearlescent accents on the face, they are delicate details which take this from a basic link watch, to something much more sophisticated and elegant. That said, you can dress it down, just as easily as it can be dressed up, so you'll end up wearing it all of the time (like I do).

xx,

Tasha
